[Job description]

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting these companies' growth and ensuring their clients' success. Your mission: to create meaningful connections through IT solutions and bring joy to every interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Support client onboarding and help them maximize product value
  • Build strong relationships with users, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to improve service delivery
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that drive client success and product improvement

About the Team

You'll join a young and dynamic team — most members are in their 20s and early 30s, growing rapidly in a supportive environment.

[Requirements]

  • Ability to handle business communication, including negotiations and client interactions
  • Business PC skills and IT literacy:

・Touch typing, business email, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (creation and data entry)

・Sufficient IT and internet literacy to research and use tools independently

  • English skills: TOEIC 650 or above, reading and writing only
  • Chinese (Simplified) language skills

[Requirements for Experienced Candidates]

Applicants must meet
at least one
of the following:

  • Experience in B2B sales or corporate proposal-based sales
  • Hands-on experience in web marketing
  • Practical experience in account direction within the advertising industry
  • Sales experience involving company executives or decision-makers
  • Experience in customer success for SaaS or IT solutions
  • Experience in customer support for customized or individually tailored tools
  • Sales experience in intangible products or services that require ongoing post-contract support

[Requirements for Potential Candidates]

Applicants must meet
at least one
of the following:

  • Experience as a store manager or in sales performance and numerical management within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Experience in B2C call centers or customer support roles
  • Experience in sales administration or sales support requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders

[Preferred requirements]

  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Maildealer, Salesforce, or similar

[Position Details]

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overtime: Approx. 20 hours/month

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

Additional leave: Year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, condolence leave, and paid leave (available in full-day, half-day, or hourly units)

Probation Period: 6 months (no change in conditions)
