受信テレフォンオペレータ―のお仕事

《具体的には…(雇入れ直後)》

  • お問合せ内容

・引越しされるお客さまからの電気の開始/停止の受付

・農家のお客さまからの農業用電気の開始/終了の受付

・引越しの際、短期間電気を使いたい清掃業者や工事業者からの受付

※1件当たりの対応時間は平均20分(電話15分・後処理5分)

一件一件、丁寧に対応できます

\未経験・PC初心者でも安心してスタート/

しっかりとした研修があり、

トークスクリプト(会話のひな形)に沿った電話受付と、

Excelまたは紙への簡単な入力・記入のみ
