仕事内容:

仕事概要農地活用事業部のチームとともに、自社製品であるアクタバ、デタバ、ニナタバの機械学習モデルの開発と改善に貢献していただく機械学習エンジニアを募集しています。これらのサービスは、衛星データとAI技術を駆使して、耕作放棄地の把握、作付け調査の効率化、農地のマッチングを実現し、日本の農業が直面する課題解決に貢献しています。

主な業務内容


・衛星データを用いた耕作放棄地検出、作付け推定、土壌分析のための機械学習モデルの開発と最適化

・画像処理技術を用いた農地の状態分析アルゴリズムの開発

・大規模なデータセットを効率的に処理するためのデータパイプラインの設計と実装

・モデルのパフォーマンス評価と継続的な改善

・機械学習モデルの本番環境への展開と運用

・新しい機械学習技術のリサーチと、サービスへの適用可能性の検討

・チーム内の他のエンジニアとの協力、および知識共有

求める人材:

■必須スキル

・機械学習エンジニアまたはデータサイエンティストとして3年以上の実務経験

・Pythonを用いた機械学習モデルの開発経験

・TensorFlow、PyTorch、scikit-learnなどの機械学習フレームワークの使用経験

・画像処理や地理空間データ分析の経験

・大規模データセットの処理経験

・AWSなどのクラウドプラットフォームでの機械学習モデルのデプロイ経験

■歓迎スキル

・地理情報システム(GIS)の知識があれば尚可

・アグリテック分野での経験があれば尚可

・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(読み書き)

始業時間帯:6:00~10:00

終業時間帯:15:00~22:00

コアタイム:10:00~15:00

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥6,000,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥118,300〜¥197,100(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
