業務について

•    最小限の監督のもと、市場調査・施設レビュー・実現可能性調査・プロフォーマ案件を通じたフランチャイズ及び管理プロジェクトの評価

•    主要連携部門との協働による戦略的ポジショニングの積極的構築及びプロジェクトレビューの効率的指導

•    監督のもと、IHG投資モデルに基づく取引評価を通じた商業条件への影響評価と提言策定

•    監督下での取引承認プロセス管理、取引アンダーライティング及び承認書類作成

•    外部・内部のタイムライン達成に向けたタスク管理・優先順位付け(主要インターフェースへの積極的指導を含む)

•    外部・内部のタイムライン達成に向けた主要インターフェースへの積極的指導

•    実現可能性手法、市場調査、開発戦略を含むアドホック戦略プロジェクトの実施

•    シンガポール拠点のアナリスト/インターン支援のためのトレーニング(日本市場向け)

ご応募いただく方への要件

学歴:ホスピタリティ、ビジネス/ファイナンス、経済学、不動産学の学士号、または同等の資格
経験:ホテル、評価、および/または財務分野における5年以上の実務経験、または同等の経験
スキル:

•    ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力

•    日本ホテル市場に関する実務経験および知識

•    市場調査、ホテル運営、事業可能性調査の実務経験必須。不動産投資・評価に関する理解があれば尚可

•    優れた分析力、問題解決能力、影響力

•    効果的なコミュニケーション能力、組織力、プロジェクト管理能力、時間管理能力

•    高度なMicrosoft Excelスキル及び優れた報告書作成能力

•    効果的なチームプレイヤーかつマネージャーとしての能力、強力なステークホルダー管理スキル

Business Partner to the Development team, providing analytical finance & deal support for new deal signings & IHG growth, with secondary focus on supporting Operations team for refurbishment-scenario analysis for operating assets.

Your day to day

•    Assessment of Franchised & Managed projects through Market Research, Facilities Review, Feasibility and proforma projects with minimal supervision

•    Proactive development of Strategic Positioning & efficient guidance of project reviews in collaboration with Key Interfaces

•    Assess impact and formulate recommendations on commercial terms through Deal Valuation through IHG's investment model under supervision

•    Manage deal approval process and prepare Deal Underwriting & Approvals under supervision

•    Management & prioritization of tasks, including active guidance of Key Interfaces, to meet external & internal timelines

•    Active guidance of Key Interfaces to meet external & internal timelines

•    Conduct of ad-hoc strategic projects including Feasibility Methodology, Market Research & Development Strategy

•    Training (Japan market) to supporting Analyst / Intern based in Singapore

What we need from you
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business/Finance or Economics, Real Estate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel, Valuation and/or Finance work experience or equivalent
Skills: 

•    Business Japanese and English language skill

•    Experience in & knowledge of Japan hotel markets

•    Experience in market research, hotel operations and feasibility required, with understanding of real estate investment & valuation highly desired

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills

•    Effective communication, organization, project management & time management skills

•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills & strong report-writing capability

•    Effective team-player & -manager with strong stakeholder-management skills

•    Strong industry network across operators and consultants
