【チームについて】
あなたは、社外ステークホルダーとの関係構築を担う広報チームで働きます。社内では、製品・疾患啓発・サステナビリティなどの各部門と連携しながら、戦略的な広報活動を企画・実行します。また、社内イベントやタウンホールミーティングの運営を通じて、社員の理解と参加を促進します。
【主な業務内容】
・企業の評判向上に向けた広報戦略の立案と実行
・メディアとの信頼関係構築と報道分析
・企業ウェブサイトの更新とコンテンツ制作
・危機対応広報の支援とステークホルダー対応
・社内向け製品情報の発信とプラットフォーム管理
・サステナビリティ活動の企画・実行支援
・社内イベントやタウンホールの運営サポート
【応募資格】
・学士号取得者
・製薬・医療・ライフサイエンス業界での広報経験(3〜5年以上)
・戦略的かつ創造的な思考力と成果志向の姿勢
・複数プロジェクトを管理できる計画・組織力
・社内外との連携を促進する高いコミュニケーション力
・日本語・英語での優れたライティング・発信力
・外部ベンダー・代理店との協業経験
