Key job responsibilities
- データ分析により課題を特定し、システムとデータに基づいて課題を解決する計画の立案と実行
- スケーラビリティのあるオペレーションプロセスを構築し、オペレーション効果・品質を数値に基づいて管理できる事
- 全体最適を目指し、各オペレーションチームとの関係性を強化しながら説明責任を果たす事
1) End-to-Endの出荷能力(キャパシティ)管理プロセス構築:
End-to-EndでのAmazon JPのオペレーションの出荷能力を制御するプロセス構築をシステムとデータに基づいて行います。具体的には、
・各ビジネスチームからの要件と制約を業務要件として定義
・アメリカおよびヨーロッパ、他諸国の事例の調査
・出荷能力の制御戦略の策定と関係各所との合意形成
・新規システムが必要な場合にはアメリカ、ヨーロッパ、インドの開発チームによる機能開発の交渉とサポート
・オペレーションプランと新システムによるプロセス立ち上げ
・プロセスを実行・管理するKPIおよびレポートの作成とサポート
2) 出荷・配送管理システムに関する問い合わせ対応:
出荷・配送管理システムの利用方法や仕様に関する問い合わせに対する対応を行います。またその一環として、定期的なユーザートレーニングや仕様書の作成などを行います。障害発生時には、ビジネス側の窓口として、障害の内容・影響を確認、開発チームへエスカレーションを行い、お客様への影響を最小限に抑える役割を持ちます。
3) 全社的プロジェクトへの参画:
出荷・配送管理システムの変更を含む全社的なプロジェクトにプロジェクトメンバーとして参加します。時にはプロジェクトを自分で提案したり、リードしたりすることもあります。関連するビジネスチームやオペレーションチームと共にビジネス面での要件をまとめ、開発チームと機能面での仕様について詳細を決めていきます。また、出荷・配送管理システムの変更箇所に対し、受け入れテストと導入支援を行います。
このポジションは、ビジネスチーム・オペレーションチーム・開発チームとの折衝が求められます。従って、システムに関する知識と経験を持っており、関連部署との日本語・英語での調整(文章・会話)をバランスよく円滑に行える方を求めております。その中でも、物流に対する知識をお持ちの方や、ビジネス要件の策定からシステムによるプロセス構築までを一貫して担当されていた方を優遇いたします。
また、ビジネス要件を正確に把握し、システムやデータに基づいた拡張容易性を持った形で導入していく支援を日常的に行います。従って、ビジネスチームとのコミュニケーションの中で本当のゴール・要件を把握する分析力、論理的思考力が必要となります。また、Amazonのネットワークは日常的に改善・強化し続けていますので、自発的・積極的に変化を受け入れ吸収することのできる柔軟性が求められます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience managing teams of 3 or more
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of analytical experience using Excel (index/match, vlook, pivot, etc), Python or SQL
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
- Communication skills to build close-relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to learn new knowledge and skills at an early stage
- Ability to analyze logically
- Ability of troubleshooting and problem-solving proactively
- Being positive about contributing to an inclusive culture and working in diverse groups
