仕事内容:

建設現場や工場で活躍する水中ポンプを通じて、社会を支える仕事です。同社の水中ポンプは濁水や泥水・汚水を汲み上げるために欠かせない機械。あなたの営業活動が、プロジェクトの成功を陰で支えます。

◆お任せするお仕事

・顧客との問い合わせ対応やニーズのヒアリング、提案資料の作成

・ポンプ販売代理店やレンタル店、ゼネコンなど約20社の既存顧客対応がメイン(8割程度)

・取引先拡大に向けた新規開拓営業もお任せ(2割程度)

・担当エリアは関東圏全域と山梨県。宿泊を伴う出張はほとんど発生しません

・発注書や見積書の作成、技術部との納期相談などを段階的に対応

◆サポート体制の充実

入社後の2週間は、同社の概要やシステム、製品知識を動画学習で習得。その後、福井工場での1週間の研修では、ポンプの分解・組立を通じて製品構造を実践的に理解できます。営業部は所長と課員3名の計4名という小規模チーム。困難な問題が生じた際は全員で一丸となって取り組む風土があるため、初めての方も安心です。

ポンプの構造を実践的に学べる

福井工場での研修で、分解・組立を通じてポンプの仕組みを深く理解。製品知識を身につけることで、営業活動の自信につながります。
