組織・チームのミッション
<マーケットプレイスプランニングチームのミッション>
- マーケットプレイス事業における経営企画として、 中期経営計画・予算立案、課題解決推進を通じて、経営陣をはじめ関係者との合意形成を図り、 事業の持続的成長を牽引します。
- 事業の成長と多様化に伴って、最適な経営判断とリソース配分を可能とする仕組みやインフラは刻々と変化しています。マーケットプレイス事業をさらに加速度的に成長させるには、本質的な課題は何か、課題解決に向けどのような仕掛けが必要か、ゼロから考え仕組みを構築していくことが常に求められます。計画立案に留まらずこれらを事業と一体となって取り組みます。
- 攻守の部門横断プロジェクトを企画・推進し、多様な関係者を巻き込みながら、更なる成長に向けて新たな仕組みを実装し、運用、改善を推進します。

具体的な業務は以下の通りです。
業務内容
- 予算策定と予実管理、中期計画策定
- KPIや財務数値に基づく経営意思決定の推進、経営企画、会議体の運営
- 事業における課題解決推進、並びに各種部門横断プロジェクトの立案、推進
- 投資提案に対するエコノミクスの精査、投資基準等のルール策定、運用
- 事業課題抽出のためのマーケティングリサーチ
- 課題設定から仮説立案、ビジネスプラン策定
- プロジェクトマネジメント
- ビジネスフレームワークを用いたビジネススキーム、マネタイズロジック、ROI算出、事業計画(KPIと売上コストシミュレーション)策定

- マーケットプレイスコーポレートプランニングは、 予算策定や予実管理、その他事業課題全般の解決推進を通じて、積極的に関係者を巻き込みながら事業の加速を後押ししていくポジションです。
- メルカリのミッションに基づき、より良いマーケットプレイスを世の中に提供していくためには、非連続かつ大胆な取り組みを含め、 既存のやり方にとらわれることなく創造力と柔軟性を持って打ち手を構築していく力が必要になります。

求める経験・スキル
メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
- 事業会社の経営企画部門および事業企画部門に類する部署での、5年以上の事業課題解決に向けたファイナンス面からの提案をマネジメントや事業部門に行った実務経験(これらの領域におけるコンサルティング業務を含む)
- 定量的なデータ分析に基づく提案実務を行った経験
- 部署を超え全社にまたがるプロジェクトを組成・リードしてきた実績
不確定であることや変化に対する高い順応性、適応能力
歓迎する経験・スキル
MBA・公認会計士の資格を保有する方、戦略コンサルティングファームでの業務経験、あるいは同等の知識や経験を持つ方
- Consumer向けのWeb・アプリ等のサービスに関する知識や経験
- 部署を超え全社にまたがるプロジェクトに参画した経験
- 英語環境での業務経験
チームマネジメントの経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1)
