Guest Services Manager
Bell Desk & Valet Leadership | 1 Hotel Tokyo

We are seeking a service-minded Guest Services Manager to lead and inspire our Good-Natured service team, with key responsibility for our Bell Desk and Valet operations.


This role is at the center of the guest arrival and departure experience — setting the tone from the very first welcome.

You will oversee the flow of guest services, ensuring every interaction feels effortless, warm, and elevated.

As Guest Services Manager, you will train, supervise, and mentor new hires, helping them grow with confidence and pride.

You will be constantly connected to guests — welcoming travelers from across the world and just around the corner — while leading by example in every moment.

Your presence, leadership, and attention to detail will help shape the rhythm of the hotel, creating seamless experiences rooted in care and calm sophistication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Guest Services operations, including Bell Desk and Valet teams
Ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and transportation coordination
Train, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service with confidence
Serve as a visible leader in the lobby, engaging with guests and anticipating needs
Maintain strong operational standards, financial awareness, and service excellence
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams
Uphold brand values of sustainability, warmth, and intentional luxury

You bring
Passion for hotel operations and guest service, with experience in a Front Office or Guest Services supervisory role
Background in upper-upscale or luxury hospitality preferred
Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to engage both guests and team members
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
Flexibility and comfort in a 24-hour operation
A calm, polished presence and a natural ability to create meaningful guest connections
