- 重電系の設備に関わる業務経験
例:発電・送電・配電設備、工場やビルで使用される変圧器・エレベーター・エスカレーターなどの電気設備、太陽光発電・風力発電などのプラント設備、電車・信号・駅舎などの電気設備など
※サービスエンジニア・フィールドエンジニア、医療機器の導入・据付のご経験も歓迎
【歓迎資格・経験】
・電気回路・物理・溶接・機械加工・真空・超電導などに関する知識
・TOEIC500点程度の英語力
※応募時点ではなくとも学ぶ意欲があれば問題ございません。

粒子線治療装置における国内・海外サプライヤ品質管理業務を担当いただきます。
※プロジェクトの状況などにより、粒子線治療装置の製品開発工程におけるデザインレビューや品質保証、構成機器の試験・検査などもご担当いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
国内・海外のサプライヤを対象とした品質問題の解決に向けた原因究明、関連部署への対策推進の指示
- 不具合発生時の調査・原因究明・必要に応じた是正対応・立会検査
- 統計的品質管理(事実情報から要因分析)
- 不良データ収集と分析、歩留まり向上のための改善活動など
【それ以外の業務】
主に設計担当や保守担当と連携し業務を進めていただきます。
- 製品開発工程における設計書の確認・試作品の評価検証、デザインレビュー
- 製品の設計変更(機能向上・部品改廃・原価低減等)時、変更の妥当性をドキュメントや実機で検証・評価して問題が製品に作り込まれることを防止
- コラボレーション先(海外・国内)との連携、定例会議の開催や連絡による相互理解と協業の促進
- 製品の試験・検査
【入社後お任せする業務】
まずは装置の原理・構成部品などの検査業務を担当し、製品の基礎知識を習得いただきます。その後は、ご経験や装置据付のタイミングに応じて、先輩社員に同行し現地にて業務を遂行します。
※ご入社いただくタイミングによって、最初は実際の装置に触れていただくために海外拠点にて学んでいただく可能性もございます。(1~2か月程度)
【粒子線治療装置について】
放射線治療装置の一種であり、腫瘍へ集中的に粒子線ビームを照射して治療を行うことから正常細胞への影響が少なく、また外科手術、化学療法に比べ治療に伴う痛みが殆どないなど患者への負担が低いことを特徴とする治療装置です。粒子線治療装置・サービスの提供により、世の中のがん患者の負担を軽減、今後更に進む高齢化社会においてQOLを向上し、誰もが安心して暮らせる社会の実現に貢献できます。
