【仕事内容】

「【埼玉/入間】和菓子の商品開発(課長候補)/業績好調」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

十勝産小豆加工食品や和菓子(大福、どら焼き等)を製造販売する同社にて、大手スーパー向けNB商品または大手コンビニ向けPB商品の開発業務をお任せします。

<具体的には>

・顧客打合せ

・市場調査

・商品コンセプト立案

・予算管理

・提案資料、製造工程書類作成

・製造部門への工法落とし込み(量産化、スケールアップ)、改善

・大手コンビニの商品検討会議への参加(PB商品)

・部下の育成支援、業務フォロー、労務管理等

NB商品の顧客は主に大手スーパー(例:イトーヨーカ堂、いなげや、ヤオコー)などの小売業バイヤーとなります。

PB商品の顧客は主に大手コンビニのセブンイレブンとなります。

【配属先/部署構成】

NB商品…広域事業本部ー開発部13名

PB商品…SE事業本部ー開発部9名

【企業の業務概要/魅力】

小豆の名産地である十勝にこだわり、味と品質を武器に大手企業との取引多数。 売上を順調に伸ばしており、設備投資も拡大中です。自社で企画立案したNB商品の展開のみでなく、PB商品の展開(大手コンビニと共同企画)も行っています。

また、タイ工場を設立し海外展開にも注力しています。高品質な日本の和菓子をタイ、韓国、シンガポールで展開しています。

【必須要件】

■食品業界での商品開発のご経験(目安5年以上)

【歓迎要件】

■工場生産に関する基礎知識をお持ちの方(製造現場への落とし込みのご経験等)

■マネジメントのご経験

【給与】

年収 650 ~ 800 万円

賞与:年2回(6・12月)約3か月分

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
