仕事内容


※客先常駐・転勤なし/自社内勤務

自社販売システム・社内ツールを中心とした

システム企画/設計・開発ポジション(社内SE)

当社が運営する中古車の買取・販売に関わる

販売管理システム・社内業務ツールを中心に、

自社システム全体の設計・開発をお任せします。

単なる開発担当ではなく、

要件定義〜アーキテクチャ設計・開発・インフラ管理まで

上流工程から一貫して関われるポジションです。

~具体的な業務内容~

・販売管理システム・社内ツールの新規開発/改修

・要件定義・基本設計・詳細設計・アーキテクチャ設計

・新規システム導入時の要件定義/ベンダー選定/進行管理

・AWSを中心としたクラウド・サーバー等のインフラ管理

・各種エラーや障害のアラート検知・原因分析・改善設計

・コーディング・コードレビュー(比率は概ね半々)

※基本は自社サービス開発ですが、一部クライアント案件に関わる機会もあります。

※業務上のコミュニケーション・ドキュメントはすべて【日本語】です。

①システム開発経験(Java、PHP、TypeScriptなど)

②サーバーの設計構築の経験

・Web系システム開発経験(JavaScript, PHP, Java 等

・クラウドサービス(AWS / Azure / GCP)の活用経験

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 27万6000円 〜 39万4000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万4000円 〜 10万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 3万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
