業務概要
契約書、申請書類などの作成および管理、ならびにプロジェクトコストの管理をご担当いただきます。
なお、コマシャルチームのメンバーは、プロジェクトの進捗状況に応じて、3~5件のプロジェクトを担当します。
業務内容
・支払い、許認可、経産省対応、契約締結、ベンダー請求書、デューデリジェンス中の現地訪問、建設および運用など、プロジェクト全体のスケジュールを管理
・プロジェクトに関連する契約書、許認可、経産省関連書類などの作成(ドラフト作成を含む)
・各種企業活動(契約締結、ベンダー請求書等)のスケジュールを総合的に管理
・ 担当プロジェクトのキャッシュフロー表を週次で更新
・プロジェクトや企業タスクのスケジュールを完成させるため、社内の関係者と情報連携
・必要な情報をハード・ソフト両面で整理・保管
・週次会議のフォローアップ、To Doのトラッキングおよびプロジェクト状況のモニタリング
・ 必要に応じて、社内関係者の指示のもと、外部ベンダーや関係者とのコミュニケーションをリードし、情報収集やタスク調整を行う
・ 必要に応じたプロジェクトマネジメントサポート。現場作業の管理補助、現場責任の一部を担い、プロジェクトマネージャーに直接報告
・ リサーチおよび情報収集・分析の補助
・レストランの予約、コピー、ファックス、スキャンなど、プロジェクトチームへの一般的な事務サポート
・プロジェクトチームおよび会社から合理的に依頼されるその他の業務
求めるスキル
・プロジェクトチームおよび会社から合理的に依頼されるその他の業務対応経験
・チームアシスタント、営業事務、その他サポート業務での3年以上の経験
・バイリンガル環境での経験
・英語: 読み書きおよび会話ともにビジネスレベル
・日本語: ネイティブ
・Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPointの使用スキル
・対人スキル、口頭および文書でのコミュニケーション能力が高いこと
・自発的で前向きな姿勢、革新的、チーム志向、自信を持って行動できること
・優れた電話対応力およびクライアント対応スキル
