AI分野で急成長中のtechベンチャー◎

年間休日115日×週休2日制

フレックス制&リモート勤務OK◎

【具体的な仕事内容】

・大手企業や中堅企業への営業活動(主にオンライン)

・クライアントの課題をヒアリングし、SaaSプロダクトを提案

・提案書・見積作成、プレゼン、クロージング

・契約後のフォローや追加提案(アップセル/クロスセル)

・社内の開発チームやカスタマーサクセスと連携しながら提案の最適化

・市場の声をもとに、プロダクトや営業戦略の改善にも関われます

【1日の流れ】

10:00 リモート勤務開始(メール・チャット・タスク確認)

↓

11:00 顧客との打ち合わせ①(ヒアリング/提案)

↓

12:00 ランチ休憩

↓

13:00 社内ミーティング(エンジニアと連携し提案内容を設計)

↓

14:00 提案資料の作成/ROIシミュレーション

↓

16:00 顧客との打ち合わせ②(プレゼン/クロージング)

↓

17:30 社内で進捗報告/営業戦略の振り返り

↓

19:00 終了(稼働時間は柔軟に調整可)

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・BtoBの営業経験3年以上

【歓迎要件】

・スタートアップの0→1フェーズ経験

・エンタープライズ企業向けの営業経験

・AIやLLMを用いたプロジェクトの営業経験

・システム開発プロジェクトの知識または経験

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~20:00の間で実働8時間(休憩1時間)

・フレックスタイム制(コアタイム13時~17時)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日115日以上

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日115日以上

・年末年始休暇

勤務地:

基本リモート勤務

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥44,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
