■経口固形製剤の製剤研究開発業務

・処方設計・製法開発、製造プロセス設計、スケールアップ、工業化対応

・国内外の治験及び新薬申請の対応

・自社工場及び国内外の製造所への技術移転、CMO/CDMOの委託管理

・グローバル開発への治験薬製造・供給業務

・新規製剤技術の開発

・製剤研究開発の取りまとめ役、若手研究員の育成や指導

【求める人材】

下記全てに該当する方

■経口固形製剤の開発業務に5年以上従事した経験

■理系修士卒以上

■メール及び会議で英語でのコミュニケーションができ、チームで連携しながら活動できる能力
