仕事内容:

外国人技能実習生への日本語学習指導

ベトナム・インドネシアを中心に、その他ミャンマー・フィリピン・中国・タイ・カンボジア等から来日した技能実習生が在籍しています。

技能実習生は、訪日後160時間以上(約1か月間)の日本語教育の受講(入国後講習)が義務付けられており、その実習生に対する日本語教育を行っていただきます。

<日本語学習指導>

・日本語の授業(初級レベル中心)

*未経験者の方は専任教師が丁寧にサポートいたしますので、安心して業務を始めていただけます。

・各種報告書の作成

・テストの採点

・イベントへの参加

アピールポイント:

国際アカデミー日本語学院は、池袋と取手に校舎を持つ日本語学校です。今回募集を行う取手校は、2001年に開校し、外国人技能実習生対象の日本語学校としてはパイオニア的存在です。

技能実習生は、訪日後160時間以上の日本語教育の受講が義務付けられています。

修了後は会社への配属となりますので、「先生、ありがとうございました」「先生、頑張ってきます」という生徒たちの言葉に、やりがいと意義の深さを感じられるお仕事です。

求める人材:

登録日本語教員

又は以下

・大卒以上

・以下のいずれか1つを満たしていること

(1)日本語教師養成講座420時間以上修了者または修了予定者

(2)大学の日本語教育課程主専攻または副専攻

(3)日本語教育能力検定試験合格した者(令和6年までに取得した者)

尚、育成就労制度施行後の2027年4月以降は登録日本語教員資格を有する者に限る

勤務時間・曜日:

・就業時間:8時00分~17時00分 / 8時30分~17時30分

・休憩時間:60分

・労働日数:月曜~金曜

*祝日に出勤した場合は、平日に振替となります。(年間休日数:125日)

休暇・休日:

土曜・日曜、年末年始、夏季休暇

*祝日も授業があります。祝日に勤務した場合は、平日に振替休日を取得いただきます。

年間休日数:125日間

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥215,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥14,493(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給215,000円~

基本給:185,507円

固定残業:14,493円(10H)

担任手当:15,000円(1クラス)

*一般企業における前職等の経験などにより別途役職手当支給(3,000円~)

上記給与は一例です。最終的には前職等を考慮し決定いたします。
