職務内容
日本におけるITサービス管理(Incident、Problem、Change、Service Request)の統括
重大インシデント対応のリードと迅速な復旧、経営層への報告
災害復旧計画・技術的回復手順の策定・改善
ビジネス部門との連携によるITサービスの最適化
ITパートナー(開発、インフラ、セキュリティ、データ)との協働によるサービス信頼性向上
災害復旧演習の計画・実施・分析・改善
バックアップ・リカバリ標準の策定と遵守
ITSMプロセスの継続的改善と効率化
経営層向けレポート・プレゼンテーションの作成
チームの育成・マネジメント
理想の人材
ITレジリエンス、災害復旧、事業継続に関するご経験(金融・保険業界歓迎)
ITSM(Incident、Problem、Change管理)の実務経験
高いコミュニケーション能力(技術・非技術双方への説明力)
チームビルディング・リーダーシップ経験
日本語流暢レベル必須、英語ビジネスレベル尚可
