お問い合わせ対応スタッフを募集します
ECサイトに掲載されているアパレル用品についての
お問い合わせ対応が主なお仕事です。
経験を活かして活躍し、プライベートな時間もしっかり確保
コールセンターなどでの受電業務の経験がある方であれば、すぐに活躍できます
具体的には
・お客様とのメール対応
・お客様やクライアントさんからの電話対応 がほとんどです。
※お客様からのお問い合わせはメールが7割、電話が3割。
1つのサイトを2~10名で担当するので、
負担が一人に行きすぎないように調整しています。
業務に慣れたら先々こんなこともお願いします
資料作成(数値管理など)、クライアントとの打ち合わせや定例会
ちなみに、服装・髪色・ネイルは自由

- 社会人経験1年以上
- コールセンター・カスタマーサポートの経験
- メール・電話等を使用したお客さま対応経験(経験年数、業界不問)
- PC経験ある方(文字打ちのみでOK)

勤務時間詳細
基本:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)
※柔軟な勤務も可能(例:10:00~17:00など)
契約更新期間:1年(毎年3月末までに面談をして更新を行います)
休日休暇
完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)※月に1~2回程度土日出勤の可能性あり(配属チームによる)

基本給:時給 1300円 〜
給与例
週3日・8時間勤務156,000円/月
週5日・8時間勤務208,000円/月
