About the location:

About therole:

To ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest units and the comfort of all guests. To ensure that all Linen Closets/ Supply Storerooms remain fully stocked; Guest Request are completed in a timely manner; Guest Corridors are maintained in a clean, neat, and tidy manner at all times.

What you will do:

· Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift. Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen room. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed.

Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.

Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.

Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens etc. · Restock mini bar items.

· Keep clean all guest corridors, BOH pantries and corridors

· Check room status through HotSOS and enter the room according to the procedure.

· Restocks all Pantries and Storerooms with new supplies from Main Storerooms

· Delivers all Guest Request Items in a timely manner according to Four Seasons Standard

· Maintains all storerooms and pantries in clean and neat condition

· Makes Extra Beds and Sofa Beds as requested

· Maintains Guest Corridors as per Four Seasons Standard

· Performs Stock Inventories as directed · Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Assistant Manager

· Ability to lift 20kg to 25kg repetitively as needed to stock storerooms or to lift extra beds etc.
