企業支援プランナーとして、

大阪の未来を担う企業や人材の

成長をサポートする業務全般を

お任せします。

あなたの適性や希望、経験を考慮し、

以下のいずれか、または複数の

プロジェクトを担当していただきます。

  • 中小企業・起業家向け支援

・"行動変容"を生むセミナー企画

ただ知識を伝えるだけではありません。

「経営」「マネジメント」「販路開拓」

などのテーマで、

参加企業が自社の課題と向き合い、

具体的な一歩を決めるための

プログラムを設計・運営します。

・出会いを創る商談会・交流会

新しい取引先やパートナーとの

出会いを生み出し、

「実際の商談・契約」に繋がる場を

戦略的に設計します。

・個別経営支援(伴走支援)

一社一社の課題を深くヒアリングし、

必要に応じて専門家や他事業へ繋ぎ、

継続的な支援を行います。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

①9:00~17:30

②9:45~18:15

③13:15~21:45

月〜金曜の勤務

※それぞれ休憩1時間

※勤務する拠点・担当業務により変動あり

※業務内容によっては

シフト制勤務になる場合もあり

基本給:月給 21万8000円 〜

固定残業代:なし
