仕事内容


英語と体操に力を入れる保育園でのクラス担任をお願いいたします。

<主なお仕事>

・登園・降園時の子どもの受け入れ・見送り

・食事や着替えなど日常生活のサポート

・遊びや活動の見守り・指導

・行事やイベントの準備・運営

・成長の記録や保護者への連絡など

  • 未経験でもOK

保育士資格さえあれば実務経験は問いません

ブランクのある方も安心してスタートできるよう、先輩がしっかりサポート。

子どもたちと一緒に成長しながら働けます

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 25日

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

  • 残業はほとんどありません

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万5600円 〜 28万6000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万4400円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

  • その他一律手当は保育士資格の資格手当です。

※経験・スキルを考慮し決定します。

入社1年目:年収300万円(月収23万円+各種手当)
