応募ポジションについて:
SCM本部は医療機器を市場へと正確に届けることを責務とし、オペレーション部とロジスティック部から成り立っています。オペレーション部は顧客・営業社員からの注文受注対応を主として、出荷・返却・売上・在庫管理に関する業務を行っております。またロジスティック部に関しては、ドイツ本国からの在庫調達や国内DC拠点の管理など、物流に大きく関わる業務を対応しています。
そのような中でSCM本部オペレーション部 受注センターは、特に整形外科領域(脊椎脊髄外科含む)の製品を扱い、受注貸出から返却・売上、在庫管理に関するロジスティック関連業務全般を担当しており、その業務を遂行できる方を募集しています。

◆Responsibilities / 役割:
- 注文された商品(貸出)を納期通りに出荷し、迅速、正確な顧客対応を実現する
- 整形外科領域(脊椎脊髄外科含む)の医療機器 貸出業務全般の受付と返却管理
◆Duties / 主たる職務:
- 貸出依頼の受付と入力(受注)
- 貸出依頼に関連する問い合わせ対応
- 貸出製品の在庫管理(取り回し)
- 請求関連業務(売上関連)
- KPI管理(設計/運用/レポート)
- 上記以外にもその都度発生するプロジェクトや業務を、上長の指示あるいは自ら提案し上長承認のもと遂行する。
必須条件(経験、スキル、資格など)
:
- 大学卒業以上
- 受注貸出から返却・売上、在庫管理に関するロジスティック関連業務全般(ヘルスケア業界経験者 歓迎)
- 業務における英語使用経験、あるいはTOEIC 600点以上(目安)
- PCスキル:Word, Excel 基本操作必須
- SAP等ERP使用経験があれば望ましい
- 医療機器業界知識・製品(特に整形領域)および学術知識等、幅広く習得出来ていることが望ましい。
- 各種法令については、業務に直接関係のある基本知識を習得している
- コミュニケーション能力(顧客を含む全ての方々へ相手目線での最善のコミュニケーションを探求できる)
- 交渉・提案能力(日常のオペレーションを通じて、よりよいサービスを提供するため業務の改善提案を行う事が出来る)
- 目標管理能力(目標指標の設定・管理)
- 短期・長期活動計画立案力
- 将来的にこの組織の次世代のマネジメント業務を担えるポテンシャルを有していること
