仕事概要

・企業アカウントの運用経験があり、Instagramに関する最新のトレンドや機能を常にキャッチアップしている方 ・KPI設計、ペルソナ策定、コンセプト設計など、論理に基づいた戦略立案ができる方 ・ 社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取りながら、チームで目標達成に向けて動ける方。クライアントの課題をヒアリングし、適切な提案ができる方を重視します ・運用結果を分析し、改善提案に繋げられる方。常に最善を追求し、自ら考えて行動できる方 ・積極的に業務に取り組み、最後まで責任を持ってやり遂げられる方。与えられた業務だけでなく、自ら課題を見つけて解決策を提案できる方

・勤務時間:10時~19時もしくは9時~18時の選択制 ・完全週休2日制(土・日・祝)*年間休日120日以上 ・夏季休暇 ・年末年始休暇 ・慶弔休暇 ・年次有給休暇 【出社について】(2022年4月現在) 月金:リモート勤務可 火水木:出社 *入社後1ヶ月は月金も出社をお願いしています。
