A. 住宅型有料老人ホーム ひだまりの家 本館での生活支援業務です

A. 生活援助 買い物や外出などのアシスタントや食事配膳、レクリエーション支援を行います

A. 入社後1ヶ月はマンツーマン指導があり、資格取得支援制度も完備しています

・月給:229,000円~284,000円

・基本給:175,000円

・処遇改善手当:25,000円

・夜勤手当:6,000円/回 ※月4回程度(月給には4回予定で算出)

・資格手当:5,000円(初任者研修) :10,000円(実務者研修・喀痰吸引1号研修) :30,000円(介護福祉)

・住宅手当:賃貸5,000円、持ち家10,000円(世帯主に限る)

・家族手当:配偶者10,000円、子ども3人目まで 5,000円、4人目~3,000円

・役職手当あり:30,000円

・通勤手当:上限20,000円

・昇給あり:~10,000円(前年度実績)※評価制度による
