安定した輸送サービスの実現のために私たちは自社輸送網の構築に特に力を入れています.お客様に高い配送スピードを提供しながら,同時にお客様への最適な価格での配送を実現するために,日々の出荷傾向に対して常に過不足のないトラック運行を実施する必要があります.そのため,日次週次で柔軟にトラック台数及び発着時間を最適化しています.一方,トラックドライバーの労働時間規制の強化を背景としてトラックキャパシティがひっ迫しており,確実かつ柔軟にトラックを手配することは容易ではありません.
サプライストラテジーチームでは,市場におけるトラック輸送キャパシティ及び価格の動向と,トラック輸送計画を元に,確実にトラックキャパシティを確保しながら最適なコストを実現するための戦略
•計画の立案及びそれを実現するためのプロジェクトをリードしています.
今回,事業の拡大に伴い,トラックキャパシティ供給戦略企画のシニアスペシャリストを募集します.物流業界での経験は不問です.

- 物流業界全体のトラックキャパシティがひっ迫する中で,ネットワークを拡大させサービスレベルを向上させるためには,トラックキャパシティ供給戦略が非常に重要な役割を担います.市場の動向やAmazonに蓄積されたデータの分析から,課題を特定し戦略を立案することができます.
- 分析
•改善提案~実行までハンズオンで行うことが求められるため,裁量の範囲内で意思決定を行い自発的に行動することができます.
- Amazonが強みとするデータやテクノロジーを駆使してEコマースにおける物流業界に大きな変革をもたらすことができます.
Key job responsibilities
◆戦略立案/プランニング
中長期におけるトラックキャパシティ供給について,戦略の策定及び計画の立案
(1) 分析
トランスポーテ-ション部門内で策定されるトラック輸送計画(発着地,時間,台数)や,トラック輸送の市場動向を分析します.
(2) 供給戦略の構築
分析結果に基づいて,供給スキーム(輸送パターン,契約期間,車格等),価格,それらの組合せを時期ごとに最適化し,確実かつ柔軟にトラックを確保するための戦略を策定し,計画を立案します.
◆予実管理
運行数及びトラック供給コストについて,計画と実績を比較し,課題を洗い出し,解決策や改善策を策定
•実行します.
◆プロジェクトリード
新たな輸送拠点や輸送サービスの立上げに伴うプロジェクトの推進.社内関連部署と連携しプロジェクトの完遂に責任を持ちます.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- Business level of Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Business level of English
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
