【仕事内容】

一般的なプロジェクトマネジメント業務に加え、新規クライアントへの提案、上流からデリバリーまで、一気通貫で、グローバルなエンジニアチームを束ねるプロジェクトマネジメントを推進していただきます。

当社の開発の特徴は、フィリピンやベトナムの支社に在籍する海外エンジニアと協業し、Global Teamでクライアントへソリューションを提供しているところです。

海外との棲み分けとしては、日本側が主に上流工程を担当し、実装・テストの工程を海外のエンジニアが担当することが多いですが、案件によっては海外エンジニアに要件定義段階から顧客折衝に参加してもらうこともあります。

なお、海外のエンジニアに対して開発の指示を出したり、進捗を管理したりするのも今回のポジションであるPMの業務内容に含まれ、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが必要となるので、英語を使った仕事にも挑戦可能です。

日本と海外拠点を繋ぐBrSEがチームにおりますので、入社時点で語学力は必須ではありませんが、海外案件にも積極的にチャレンジしたい方を歓迎します。

・サービス、ビジネス要件の策定・提案(顧客折衝含む)

・スコープ調整

・全体WBS作成、進捗管理

・要件定義

・品質管理

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・PM経験(2年以上:開発・運用問わず)

・要件定義のご経験(要件定義書の作成必須)

・プロジェクト計画書の作成

・各Ph.納品物の作成/レビューの経験

・見積書・提案書の作成/顧客折衝経験

・5名以上のチーム管理経験
