TANIDA'S STORY
TANIDAは自身の限界と製造業界の限界に挑んできた会社です。
1980年代後半には、アルミ合金に特化していくと同時に、NC加工設備を次々と導入。
鋳造から加工まで一貫生産を行うことで、高付加価値化や少量多品種への対応、
短納期での提供といった独自の強みを確立しました。
2002年にはモータースポーツ分野に進出。
二輪・四輪エンジンパーツの製造に携わることで
自社のポテンシャルを開花させる大きな転機を迎えました。
自ら限界を設定することなく挑みつづける"TANIDAISM"は
モータースポーツ分野によって開花し、業績の拡大にもつながっていきました。
2012年には航空機分野へ参入。航空機事業推進室の立ち上げを契機に
特殊工程認証制度(Nadcap)の認証取得への取り組みを本格始動。
単独で航空機鋳物部品の製作可能な能力を有する企業として、
海外企業様との直接取引をはじめます。
現在では国内大手企業様への認知も広がり、販路は大きく拡大しています。

募集背景
航空機産業は世界的に需要が拡大しており、当社も航空機エンジン部品の製造において堅調な成長を続けています。特に、近年では軽量化・高性能化の要求が高まり、アルミ合金などの軽金属鋳造品の需要が急増しています。それに伴い、当社への発注も増加傾向にあり、生産能力の向上が喫緊の課題となっています。
航空機エンジン部品は、安全性と信頼性が最優先されるため、溶接には高度な技術と専門知識が求められます。Nadcapと呼ばれる航空宇宙産業向けの特殊工程認証を取得している当社では、より高度な溶接技術を持つ人材が不可欠です。
そこで今回、受注量の増加と航空機産業の需要拡大に対応するため、航空機エンジン部品の溶接工を増員募集することになりました。アルミ合金などの軽金属鋳造品に対し、溶接補修などを行い、Nadcap認証に基づく高品質な溶接で航空機部品の製造に貢献していただきます。高い責感を持って仕事に取り組める方の応募を期待しています。
役割と期待内容
航空機エンジン部品の溶接工として、アルミ合金などの軽金属鋳造品に対する溶接補修業務を担当していただきます。航空機部品は高い安全性が求められるため、Nadcapと呼ばれる特殊工程認証を取得した高度な技術と品質管理体制が必要です。あなたには、このNadcapに基づいた溶接作業を行い、航空機エンジンの安全運行を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。具体的には、エンジン部品の溶接欠陥部の補修、検査、品質記録の作成などを行います。受注量の増加と航空機産業の需要拡大に対応するための増員募集であり、高い責任感と精密な作業能力が求められます。将来的には、後進の指導や育成、工程改善などにも携わっていただき、中心メンバーとして活躍することを期待しています。
- 航空機エンジン部品の溶接作業(アルミ合金等)
- 溶接部の検査、品質確認作業の実施
