AUDIO NETWORK IS A GLOBAL MUSIC COMPANY CREATING ORIGINAL, HIGH-QUALITY MUSIC FOR USE IN TV, FILM AND ADVERTISING AND FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT ACROSS DIGITAL AND SOCIAL PLATFORMS.

WITH A ROSTER OF OVER 1,000 ARTISTS AND A CATALOGUE OF +250,000 TRACKS ACROSS EVERY CONCEIVABLE GENRE – WE'RE HELPING OUR CUSTOMERS FIND THE PERFECT TRACK TO TELL THEIR STORY.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a part-time marketing Coordinato for 3 full days a week working with our Japan team in our office in Toyko on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A creative thinker with proven experience in a marketing and brand management role and share our passion for engaging our clients. You have experience leading digital marketing initiatives, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative & successful marketing campaigns which have delivered audiences and income. Quickly gaining an understanding of our team, our clients and the production music industry will be a key factor in your success. Japanese TV or advertising experience will be advantageous.

THE ROLE

The Japan Marketing Coordinator FTC is an all-encompassing brand management position responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives in Japan where we are currently establishing. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of sales enablement strategies, events, campaign marketing (including artist focussed), digital assets, engagement, and social media management.

SPECIAL SKILLS

· Min 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role (preferably in the media, music or advertising sector) and have a deep understanding of the marketing trend in Japan

· Speaking fluent Japanese and Intermediate / advanced English language skills are essential (Business standard is preferred)

· Work closely with our local sales team to gain a thorough understanding of their marketing needs and to propose creative solutions to their challenges

· Identify and lead initiatives to increase usage of our music and support in strengthening client relationships. Forward and creative thinking to generate marketing opportunities is a must

· Establish positioning, define target audiences and construct marketing plans with specific objectives across the different channels and segments to drive our brand

· Further develop our social media strategy and content distribution across all local social media channels

· Establish strategic alliances with important industry players, agencies, and vendors

· Oversee all events in Japan, including development of the sponsorship opportunities

· Collaborate with our UK team on the production of digital assets via their design studio, as well as the localisation (copy translation) of those assets and campaigns for Japan

· Must have an eye for design and attention to detail

· Work with our CRM executive to localise all necessary marketing emails and improve CRM performance

· Day to day management of the local language website

THE ROLE

日本マーケティングコーディネーター(有期労働契約)は、包括的なブランド管理ポジションであり、現在確立中の 日本市場における戦略的マーケティング施策の実行を担当します。業務には、セールス支援戦略、イベント、キャンペーンマーケティング(アーティストに焦点を当てたものを含む)、デジタル資産、エンゲージメント、そしてソーシャルメディアの管理が含まれます。

SPECIAL SKILLS

· 日本におけるB2Bマーケティングの役割で最低3年の経験(メディア、音楽、広告業界での経験が望ましい)を持ち、日本のマーケティングトレンドを深く理解していること。

· 流暢な日本語と中級~上級レベルの英語スキルが必須(ビジネスレベルが望ましい)。

· ローカルの営業チームと緊密に協力し、マーケティングニーズを深く理解し、課題に対してクリエイティブな解決策を提案すること。

· 音楽の利用促進を目的とした施策を特定・主導し、クライアントとの関係強化をサポート。マーケティングの機会を創出するための前向きで創造的な考え方が必須。

· ポジショニングを確立し、ターゲットオーディエンスを定義し、さまざまなチャネルやセグメントを通じて具体的な目的を持ったマーケティングプランを構築して、ブランドを推進すること。

· ローカルのソーシャルメディアチャネル全体におけるソーシャルメディア戦略やコンテンツ配信をさらに発展させること。

· 重要な業界関係者、エージェンシー、ベンダーとの戦略的提携を確立すること。

· 日本での全イベントを監督し、スポンサーシップの機会の開発も含む。

· 英国チームと協力し、デザインスタジオを通じたデジタルアセットの制作や、それらのアセットやキャンペーンの日本向けのローカライズ(コピー翻訳)を行うこと。

· デザインのセンスと細部へのこだわりが必要。

· CRM担当者と連携し、必要なマーケティングメールのローカライズや、CRMのパフォーマンス向上を図ること。

· 日本語版ウェブサイトの日常管理を行うこと。
