  • ミッション お客様との対話を通じ、アート教室のファンを増やすこと。 問い合わせ対応から入会のご案内、その後のフォローまでを担当し、顧客満足度と生徒数を最大化させます。

・入会提案・営業活動

体験レッスンをご希望の方へのご案内、プラン提案、クロージング。

ただ説明するだけでなく、相手のニーズを汲み取り「ここで学びたい」と思わせる営業力が求められます。

・会員様・保護者様対応

日々のコミュニケーション、悩み相談、要望のヒアリング。

保護者様や子どもたちと深い信頼関係を築き、長く通っていただける環境を作ります。

・現場でのリエゾン業務

講師と会員様の間に入り、円滑なコミュニケーションをサポート。

・新規事業や拠点立ち上げなどで、自ら顧客開拓や売上を作った経験がある方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 29万1000円 〜 41万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万9000円 〜 13万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【給与について】

  • 給与はこれまでのご経験やスキルを考慮の上、決定いたします。
  • 管理監督者採用の場合は、別途の残業代支給はありません。

【手当について】

  • 一律、通勤交通費として上限20,000円/月の支給があります。
