仕事内容
人事制度運用管理・企画、労政管理、労務管理、社内規定の管理・改廃等の業務を行っていただきます。これまでのご経験を活かして、ご活躍ください
具体的には
人事制度運用管理・企画:制度全般の運用、制度の企画立案、検討用諸資料作成
労政管理:労働法令および判例の調査、研究・官庁関係の対応
労務管理:就業・給与・退職金・社会保険・租税・実務管理(賃金、時間外統計の調整・分析)
社内規定の管理・改廃:担当業務に関する社則・内規等の管理 など
