職務内容
配属となる組織では、関西圏の地域金融機関(信金・信組・信保)のお客さまに対するSEサービスを展開。提案、要件定義等の上流フェーズから、アーキテクチャ設計、基本設計、詳細設計、システム構築、試験、維持保守までトータルでご支援をしております。
昨今はクラウドへの移行、セキュリティ強化など多くの引き合いを頂いております。あなたには、これまでのご経験を活かして以下のような業務をお任せいたします。

- 新規のお客さまの基盤設計、構築
営業とともにお客さま先に訪問し、お客さまのニーズをヒアリング。提案・見積もり対応まで営業と連携して行います。要件定義から設計を行い、案件の規模によっては構築まで一貫して行います。また、クラウド、セキュリティ、ネットワーク、サーバなどの異なる技術領域の案件であっても、自身で対応することが多く、マルチに活躍いただける環境です。
- 既存のお客さまの基盤メンテナンス、保守、構築
定期的なメンテナンス対応、保守業務などを行っていただきますが、一報でお客さまから新たな構築案件のご相談も頂く機会が多々ございます。その場合は、提案、見積もり対応から要件定義、設計、構築まで幅広く対応を頂けます。
※必要に応じて、お客さま先でのお打ち合わせや構築作業を行います。
※お客さまは兵庫、大阪を中心に関西一円となります。
※1つのプロジェクトは9ヵ月~1年程度となります。

[この仕事の大変なところ]
金融業界では、エンジニアが2人1組(初鑑・再鑑)で仕事をすることが常であり、一人目が行った業務について別の担当者がダブルチェックをして業務を進める慣習があります。安心で安全、高品質な基盤環境が求められることからそのような仕事の進め方となりますので、他業種から転職された方の場合は、慣れるまで時間がかかるかもしれません。
[働き方]
在宅勤務:案件や業務の状況に応じて在宅勤務は可能ですが、基本的には出社、
もしくはお客さま先で作業を行うことが多い環境です。
残業時間:月平均20時間程度
休日出勤:メンテナンス対応、構築作業などで発生することはございます。
その場合は、平日に代休を取得頂きます。

- 基盤SEとして牡蠣製品の設計・構築のご経験をお持ちの方(想定:5年以上)
・Windows
・JP1
・Oracle
・Cosminexus

[年収例]
担当 :450万円以上
主任・技師 :650万円以上
管理職 :1,000万円以上
※「担当」「主任・技師」は時間外手当をはじめ、諸手当を除く金額となります。
