【仕事内容】
急速な事業拡大を続ける同社にて、組織の成長を人事面から支える組織開発業務をお任せします。経営層からメンバー層まで、様々なステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、組織の未来を創り上げていく重要なポジションです。
ご経験やご志向に応じて、以下のような業務からお任せします。

・全社の組織・人材開発施策の企画、運営
・人材のリテンション施策の企画、実行
・組織・カルチャー作りのための施策企画、実行
・足元の組織課題、人的課題の特定と、その解決策の実行
・評価制度の運用、改善
- 事業の成長スピードに合わせて組織が向き合うべき課題も日々変化します。そのため、ここに記載した業務はあくまで一例です。既存の枠に縛られない発想で、幅広い業務に取り組むことが期待されます。

現在はマネジャー1名のみの組織となっているため、一緒に組織づくりをしてくださる方を募集します

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)
コアタイム11:00〜15:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間〜30時間
【給与】
500万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給250000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として86794円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
