音楽教室を皮切りに「習い事の常識」を覆し全国40店舗以上にわたり、習いゴト教室を展開する当社。

その要となる"講師"の方々がトラブルなく日々の業務に当たれるような"潤滑剤"としてサポートいただくスタッフの募集です

仕事内容:

急成長する当社の"習い事教室"が円滑に運営されるよう、バックオフィスからサポートするお仕事です。主役となる講師の方々が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、事務的な側面から支える「縁の下の力持ち」を募集します。

  • 主な業務内容

・講師の方々との連絡調整(電話・メール)

・レッスン休講など、スケジュール変更の対応

・各種書類管理、社内システムへのデータ入力

・講師研修の手配・調整アシスタント業務 など

音楽教室から派生し、ダンス・アート・語学・プログラミング・幼児教育…等、多岐にわたるジャンルを学べる空間を創造し、今までにない人との繋がり・コミュニティを生み出しています。

求めている人材

  • 必須条件

高卒以上|基本的なPCスキル(Excel、Word)がある方

勤務時間/9:00~19:00 の間での勤務

基本給:時給 1400円 〜
