当社は「レンタル事務長さん」サービスの中核を担う、バックオフィス担当(経理・労務・総務)ポジションです。
医療機関のバックオフィス業務をお任せします。
【主な業務内容】
■経理・総務関連
・請求書管理/入金確認/売上管理
・経費精算チェック
・小口現金/振込手続き
・備品発注、業者対応、各種行政手続き
■労務・勤怠関連
・社会保険手続き、社労士との連携
・シフト調整、勤怠管理
・給与計算補助、入退社手続き

■年俸3,600,000円~5,000,000円には、1か月当たりの固定残業代72,000円~91,000円(40時間相当分)を含みます。
※40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給します。
■昇給:年1~2回
