仕事内容:

未経験から営業のプロへ充実の研修&サポート体制

TTCホールディングス 株式会社 では、関西圏の大型商業施設やスーパー、駅構内などでスマートフォンや通信サービスのイベント型営業を担当していただきます。イベントは5日間を基本単位に、複数人のチーム体制で運営。お客様への声かけやビラ配りから始まり、通信環境や料金のヒアリング、最適なプランのご提案、ご成約まで一貫して携わります。単なる販売ではなく、地域の方々に寄り添いながら"今より便利でお得な通信環境"を一緒に考える営業スタイルです。

【業務詳細】

・イベントの集客活動(ビラ配り・お声がけ)

・お客様へのヒアリング(通信環境・料金・ご要望など)

・最適なサービスやプランのご提案、ご成約対応

・チームでの協力体制でイベント運営

配属後は、基礎知識やビジネスマナーを学べる研修、OJT、独り立ち後のフォロー研修・定期面談など、未経験でも安心して成長できる環境が整っています。異業種出身の先輩も多数活躍中実践的なスキルを身につけながら、リーダーや事業部責任者、新規事業・法人営業など多彩なキャリアパスも描けます。

9:00~18:00/10:00~19:00/11:00~20:00(いずれも実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※シフト制、配属先により異なります

給与:

【給与詳細】

・月給:208,500円~(基本給)

・固定残業代:6,500円(4時間相当分)

・イベント営業手当:25,000円/月

・時間超過分は追加支給

賞与・昇給

・賞与:年2回(夏・冬)※昨年度実績:月給2ヶ月分

・定期昇給:5,000円/月(最大3年間、上限230,000円まで)

・想定年収:336万円~392万円(賞与含む)
