・開発チームの機能デリバリーに責任を持ち、顧客に価値を届けプロダクトの成長にコミットする

・開発チームとそのメンバーを時には支え、時に導き、チームと人の成長を促す

■どういう業務に取り組むのか

・開発チームの機能デリバリーの責任者として、タスク管理、進捗管理、アサインメントなどのプロジェクトマネジメントを適切に行い、開発チームをリードする

・プロダクト開発の方向性と実現可能性をプロダクトマネージャーやUXデザイナー、各分野のテックリードと協議検討する

・現場の技術課題に対して、エンジニアと議論し課題解決を促す

・機能開発・負債解消・技術投資のバランスを考慮した開発ロードマップを策定し、その実現をリードする

・開発チームのパフォーマン、チームの障害を取り除きメンバーが開発に集中できる環境を整備する

・OJT・1on1・振り返り等を通じスを最大化するため、開発チームメンバーを育成する

・必要に応じ、評価・採用に協力する

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・いずれかのプログラミング言語によるソフトウェア開発能力

・プロダクト開発チームのマネジメント経験

・5年以上のWebサービスの開発経験、またはそれに相当する経験

・1年以上のWebサービスのシステム運用保守経験

・プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、セールス等の異なるロールのメンバーと同じチームで共通のゴールのために協働した経験
