【仕事内容】

B2B SaaS「Aconnect」のプロダクト開発組織において、エンジニアのピープルマネジメント・テクノロジーマネジメントに主責任を持ち、プロダクトマネジメント観点ではPdM/PMMと連携してエンジニアリング組織の活動を事業戦略にアラインさせる役割を担っていただきます。

具体的には、目標設定/評価、コーチング、アサインメント、チーム編成・リソース調整など、事業・組織の状態に応じて、マネージャーとして優先度を判断しアクションしていただくことを期待しています。

また、短期的な特筆事項としては、生成AI活用を前提としたエンジニアのリスキリングや、AIエージェントプロダクトの設計にも関心を持ち関与いただけることを期待しています。

■具体的な業務内容

以下の開発領域に関するチームの運営・成果管理・リード人材の育成や評価、技術的な意思決定の支援・合意形成など、開発チームのアウトプット最大化に向けたマネジメントを担っていただきます。

[フロントエンド領域]

・新機能の企画と設計、Vue.jsを用いたフロントエンド開発と性能改善

・Flutterを用いたモバイルアプリ開発

・開発基盤の改善やリファクタリングによる開発体験の向上

・プロダクト共通コンポーネントの設計と実装

[バックエンド領域]

・Ruby on Rails/Pythonを使用したAPIの設計・開発

・データベースの設計・開発

・AWS環境を使用したアーキテクチャの設計・開発

・Pythonを使用したバッチ処理の設計・開発

・自然言語処理技術を用いた機能の設計・開発・改善

【求める人材】

・実務での開発経験5年以上

・テックリードやリードエンジニアとして、技術面から開発をリードした経験

・フロントエンドとバックエンド双方の開発経験

・チームマネジメントやメンバー育成、評価、目標設定の実務経験

・与えられた課題ではなく、自ら問いを立て、チームを巻き込みながら成果を出せる

・技術だけでなく人に向き合い、メンバーの成長やチーム全体の力を引き出すことに関心がある

・本質的にテクノロジーに興味があり、その分野の第一人者となる気概がある

・ビジネスサイドとコミュニケーションしながら、いかにお客様に届け、売上を拡大出来るかを考えられる
