<総合介護福祉施設 和朗園>

特別養護老人ホーム、グループホーム

訪問介護、デイサービス、

地域包括支援センターや

クリニックなども併設している複合型施設です。

【 仕事内容 】

デイサービス利用者様への

介護業務をお願いします。

利用者様一人ひとり、得意・不得意が違うため

利用者様に寄り添ったサポートをお願いします。

具体的には・・・

・利用者様のお話し相手

・日中活動の見守り

・機能訓練指導員による機能訓練のサポート

・入浴介助

・送迎 など

送迎は片道15分圏内の近隣エリアのみ

送迎は軽自動車かハイエース、

軽自動車のみの送迎もOKです

*資格・経験・年齢不問*

まずは利用者さんの、

お名前を覚えるところから

一つひとつ丁寧にお教えしますので、

分からない事は何でも相談してください

*若手からベテランさんまで活躍中*

50人ほどの介護スタッフが活躍中

男女比は50:50で、男女共に活躍

20代~60代の幅広い年代の方々が、

みんな和気あいあいとオシゴト

さらに、施設長は温和で優しい方

みんなの意見を汲み取って

一人ひとりが働きやすい環境づくりに、

無資格:月給20万8050円~27万7050円

初任者:月給22万3000円~27万7050円

介護福祉士:月給24万9800円~27万7050円

一人暮らしの方にも月1万5000円支給

・扶養手当

配偶者のいる方1万円、
