自動車整備士・2級資格者(完全週休二日制・18時退社)

仕事内容


特定指定整備工場・車検受付・整備、修理点検、ナビ・ETCパーツ取り付けなど。

各種テスターによる診断、OBD検査機器使用し一般車検や修理もお願いします。

また、販売車両の新規入庫点検や下回りのチェックなども行います。

週末はご予約のお客様や、飛び込みのお客様の車検点検や修理、

他店購入車輛や保証会社の修理もお願い致します。

現在は外国人整備士も活躍中です。

整備技術を上げたい方、大歓迎です。

ディーラー以上の技術力を手に入れる事が可能です。

2級資格は必須

整備主任者として登録

特定指定整備工場講習

検査員資格となります(弊社負担)

※見習い期間は日給14.000円からスタート、1カ月~2カ月後には正社員としてお願いいたします。

※経験内容により見習い期間短縮

メイン作業は弊社で販売したお車の車検点検です。

また指定工場という事もあり、一般のお客様の点検修理も多く入庫致します。

平日はもちろん、土日は朝からお客様が多く来店され、

軽作業であればお待ちいただき、

時間が掛かる様であれば、代車の手配や後日の入庫予約をお願い致します。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00 ※実務7.5時間程度

※スポット休憩多々あり(休憩・コミュニケーションタイム・体調管理の為)

休憩時間の短縮などの誤差にご理解のある方。

忙しい時はみんなで協力して働き、休めるときはしっかり休む

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※経験や労働条件によりスタートの給与は変わります。

※月末締め翌月15日支払い

※年次昇給+能力給見直しあり(2025年5月ベースアップ実績、月6,000円~26,000円)
