【職務内容】
主として官公庁のクライアント様が行う政策立案及び政策執行を支援する業務に携わるメンバーを募集します。以下のいずれか、または複数の領域に従事していただくことを予定しています。
(1)知財経営、知財政策・制度等の分野に係る調査研究
(2)知的財産・イノベーション政策分野に係る行政事業の運営、支援
(3)制度分析(例えば著作権法・経済法・情報法など)、経済分析などの知識を用いたメディア・コンテンツ産業や文化の振興に関する調査研究
※現在又は近年同社で取り組んでいるテーマ等については下記HPをご参照ください。但しあくまでこれまでに取り組んできたテーマの抜粋であり、下記に記載されているものに限定されるものではありません。
【必須要件続き】
■また業務の成果は報告書や各種説明資料等を通じて表現されることが多いため、論理的で明快な文章を書く能力も求められます。
■同社入社後しばらくは主任研究員や副主任研究員の指導を受けつつ、与えられた役割の遂行をしっかり行うことが求められますが、将来的には自ら関心を持つ領域のプロジェクトリーダーとして政策提案を行い、案件の形成、案件の受託を主体的に行えるようになることが期待されます。

【必須要件】
■経済産業省や特許庁、内閣府、文化庁等をはじめとする関係省庁から委託する調査事業や中小企業等の支援事業等を実行していくことになります。
■同社ではシンクタンク業務に従事することになります。事業会社の知的財産部門や特許事務所等で求められるような知財実務に携わることはありませんが、知的財産権や知的財産実務に関する実務経験や知識があることは歓迎されます。大手企業の知的財産部門や特許事務所、コンサルティング会社出身の方も研究員として活躍しています。
■同社の業務は同社の研究員が複数でチームを組んで対応します。また外部の専門家や関係機関等と連携して事業を実施していくことも多いため、コミュニケーション能力と調整能力も必要となります。【職務内容へ続き】
【給与】
年収 900 ~ 1100 万円
上記年収とは別に、業績連動賞与が支給される場合もございます。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
