Hire Digital is seeking a
Copywriter (Freelance, Remote)
to support Employer Branding and Talent Marketing initiatives for an international audience, with a strong focus on Japanese-language content. This role is ideal for a writer who excels at localisation, storytelling, and employer brand messaging, and who can support light design adjustments when needed.

- Write, localise, and adapt Japanese and English content for employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Create and localise content across multiple channels, including:

- Blogs and career site content
- Internal mailers and communications
- LINE (Japan's primary engagement channel)
- Ensure messaging aligns with global employer brand guidelines while resonating with local Japanese audiences
- Adapt content based on stakeholder feedback and regional requirements
- Maintain consistency with existing APAC careers and LinkedIn content styles
- Apply minor visual edits and formatting updates using tools such as: Canva or Adobe
- Prepare content assets for digital distribution (no heavy design or creative ownership required)
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, ideally within employer branding, talent marketing, or corporate communications
- Fluent Japanese and English (written and verbal) — mandatory
- Strong localisation skills with sensitivity to tone, culture, and audience
- Working knowledge of digital content channels (blogs, email, social, messaging platforms)
- Comfortable making light design adjustments to support written content
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail
