電力会社の切替手続きをサポートする事務業務で、リーダーを募集中まずはスタッフの仕事からスタート慣れてきたら、リーダー業務を担当していきます。
<スタッフ業務>
お客様からの新電力切替のお申し込みをシステムに登録します。申し込み内容の入力や、必要に応じて工事部門への手配、電気使用量の確認などを行います。
<リーダー業務>
スタッフの質問を受けたり、業務がスムーズに進むよう作業の割り振りをお願いします。また、新人研修や勤怠管理、マニュアル更新なども行います。
事前に研修があり、少しずつスキルアップできるので、事務未経験の方やリーダー経験がない方も心配いりません。プライベートと仕事を両立させたい、そんなあなたにぴったりのお仕事です。

未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excel、Word、PowerPoint、ビジネスメールに触れた事がある方優遇(少しでも使用した事があれば大丈夫です)
