* Gガイドはテレビ・レコーダー・モバイルアプリのテレビ番組表サービスです
* 全国で〜台以上の機器でお使いいただいています
* 24時間、365日ご利用いただけるサービスです
募集するのはGガイドのシステム・サービス運用を担当するサービス運用エンジニアです
* Gガイドサービスをインターネットを通じて提供するためのシステム運用・サービス運用を担当します
* 放送・ケーブルチャンネル向けサービスに加えて動画配信事業者とのサービス協業にも力を入れて業務を行います
* サーバシステムの運用だけではなく、データ運用や提供するサービス全般についての運用を含めた業務を行います
日々更新されるデータや各社から供給されるデータを扱うシステム・サービスの運用に関わる業務を行います
* 毎日更新するデータが正しくお客様に届けられているようにします
* 提携先より供給を受けるデータが意図した通りにサービスに反映されるようにします
* 放送局・ケーブル局・OTT事業者などの提携先と協力してGガイドサービスに各データが意図通りに反映されるようにします
* サービス拡充・業務拡大・提携拡大に伴ってシステムや対象となるデータが増加します
* 提携サービス事業者・提携放送チャンネル・対象機器が増えたりシステム更新を障害や問題なく完了できるようにします
* システム変更・サービス拡充に際して、システムを止めずに安定してサービスが継続できるように運用システムを構築します
* いくつもの種類のデバイスでお使いいただいているサービスのそれぞれに影響が出ないようにサービス拡充作業を実施します

* エンターテイメントコンテンツのメタデータを扱う業務の経験
* サービス運用(システム構築・インフラ運用)の経験
* サーバ運用・クラウドシステムでのシステム運用の経験
* システム運用に必要なツール・システム・課題管理・各種システム監視の経験
* サーバ運用における問題発生時の対応・商用サービスシステムの改善提案の立案
* 外部サービス(パートナー企業)との連携
* 業務分担の整理・定期的な報告業務・改善提案の立案・障害時の報告
* 日本語でのコミュニケーション・日本語のメタデータの理解・日本国内で流通するエンターテイメントコンテンツの理解

* システムの監視・報告業務
* バックアップ・データアーカイブシステムの構築

* ライセンシーサポート、SDKなどの開発サポート
* サーバ監視・サーバシステム構築(ただ、経験はあるのが望ましいがメインの業務にはならない予定)
* データベース運用
募集したい人は、
* エンジニアリングのバックグラウンドがある人(データを見る人、データを作る人、システムを監視する人が必要なわけではない)
* システムよりもサービスの運用の方に重点をおいて欲しい(サービス志向のインフラエンジニア)
* サーバが動いているかどうかよりも、顧客に対してサービスが提供できていることに責任を持つエンジニア
* アプリケーションが動いているかどうかではなくて、製品として意図した通りにサービスが提供されていることに焦点をおく
* コンテンツが意図通りに表示されていること(チャンネルや番組データやコンテンツメタデータ)
* サービスがより使われるようにすること(サービスが適切に提供されていて使われていることを評価する)
* 放送局・ケーブル事業者・OTT事業者に対してのサービス運用に関してのサポート業務
* 事業者と連携して、報告・改善を含む運用業務を行う
* システムの運用の経験を生かしていただきたい。ただし、システム構築・監視・運用をメインにやってもらいたいわけではない
* 日々、データが変わることに対しての対応(毎日提供している内容が変わるサービス)
* 組み込み機器をターゲットにしていて、継続的に安定してかつコストをかけずにサービスを継続する業務
* Webサイトのように常に新しいプラットフォームとして更新し続けること。常に拡充するシステム・サービスの運用を行った経験があると望ましい
