以下は出向先の楽天トータルソリューションズ株式会社の配属予定部署の組織説明を記載しております。

楽天トータルソリューションズ株式会社は、企画、立ち上げ、コンサルティング、現場業務の管理/遂行、システム及びインフラの準備/運用など、企業運営に関わるサービスをトータルに提供する事業を行っております。

オフィス環境事業部は楽天グループ内で培ったノウハウを活かして、クライアントとターゲットを繋ぐオフィスデザインを、プランニングから工事完了までワンストップで対応します。

募集背景**
事業拡大のため募集。デザインから運用まで、オフィスファシリティに関するスキルや経験を活かせます。

業務内容
下記の業務の中から経験と適性に応じて担当いただきます。

<プロジェクト設計>

・各種資料作成(プロジェクト体制図、コスト管理シート、マスタースケジュールシート)

・会議設定

・入札実施

・現地調査

<デザイン>

・オフィスコンセプト構築

・オフィスレイアウト検討

・設計図/3Dパース作成

・法規制確認

<発注~工事>

・相見積もり依頼/確認

・コスト管理

・ベンダー価格交渉

・発注/工事契約締結

<総務業務支援>

・オフィスオペレーションのBPO(ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング)

・インターナルコミュニケーション活性化のための企画提案

・従業員の働きやすさ、健康、安全に関する企画提案(BCP対策を含む)

・AI/DX推進による総務業務プロセスの改善支援

働く環境
現在は14名の組織です。事業拡大のため広く人材を募集しています。

全員が中途入社の社員です。

総務職出身者を中心に、ファシリティマネジメント、オフィスデザイン、営業などの出身者で構成されています。

必須要件:
・社会人経験(3年以上)

・柔軟性/スピード感をもって業務に取り組める方

・マルチタスクのできる方

<ソフト利用経験>

・Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

<求める人物像>

・クリエイティブな思考を持ち、プロジェクト管理とデザインに情熱を持つ方

・チームワークを大切にし、細部にまでこだわりを持って取り組める方

歓迎要件:
・ビジネスレベル以上(TOEIC800点以上)の英語力

・オフィス構築等のプロジェクトマネジメント、コンストラクションマネジメント経験

・建築設計やインテリアデザインに関連する各種ソフトウェア利用経験(CAD、プロジェクト管理ツール、3Dモデリング、Adobeのグラフィックデザイン)

※具体的には以下の通り

・AutoCAD

・SketchUp

・Revit

・その他の建築設計やインテリアデザインに関連するCADソフト

<プロジェクト管理ツール>

・Microsoft Project

・Asana

・Trello

・JIRA

<ドキュメント作成/管理ツール>

・Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

<3Dモデリングソフトウェア>

・3ds Max

・Blender

・Rhino

<グラフィックデザインソフトウェア>

・Adobe Photoshop

・Adobe Illustrator

・CorelDRAW
