不動産の組み換え提案(所有物件の売却提案や、追加購入のご案内)など

※オーナー様が自社物件の購入を希望される場合は、別部署へパスアップ

【ポイント】

  • オーナー様に寄り添った提案が可能

1人が担当するオーナー様は100名様程度。実際にはオンラインが7割、対面が3割です(1日1件~2件程度。日により4件ほどオーナー様と面談することも)

  • 個人ノルマなし

資産運用だけでなく、家電や施錠を遠隔で操作できるIoT設備設定の提案を行うことも。個人ノルマはなく、目標には個人&チームで協力し合い取り組みます。

  • DX化した不動産管理

当社はDX化によりオーナー様の満足度向上にコミット

不動産管理アプリを導入しており、プラットフォーム内でオーナー様とのやり取りや収益を一元管理。約97.1%という高い入居率を維持しています(9/30時点)。

  • 明確な人事評価

評価基準を明確にしているので、頑張った分だけ月々の給与&賞与がアップ入社1年以内に主任へ昇格したり、その先の役職へのキャリアアップはもちろん、希望職種へのジョブチェンジも。

給与


月給30万円~(固定残業代含む)

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月20時間分を、月40,400円~支給

※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給します。

※経験、年齢、能力などを考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
