仕事内容
AIソリューションコンサルタント(マネジャー候補)【AI×事業課題解決/IPO準備/WLB】
【仕事内容】
以下業務をお任せします。
・課題をヒアリング:お客様が困っていることや改善したいこと(DX・AIに関する内容)を丁寧に聞き出します。
・解決策の提案:社内の専門家(データサイエンティストやコンサルタント)と連携し、AIやデータ分析などを活用した提案を行います。
・継続フォロー:契約後も定期的に連絡を取り、必要に応じて追加提案や契約の更新対応も行います。
・情報収集・提案力の強化:AIやDXなどの新しい技術や市場の変化を学び続けることで、お客様にとってより良い提案ができるようになります。
〇マネージャー候補としてもミッション(業務に慣れていただいた上で、以下業務にも取り組んでいただきます。)
・チームビルディング: メンバーの育成・採用に関わり、強いコンサルティングチームを創る
・戦略立案: 担当領域の営業戦略や事業計画の策定・実行をリードする
・高難易度案件の牽引: 億単位の大型プロジェクトや、前例のない複雑な案件を責任者として推進する
