中小企業の経営者の方々と二人三脚で、会社の成長をサポートする「経営のコンシェルジュ」です。

税金やお金の流れに関する知識を活かして、お客様の「困った」を「良かった」に変える、やりがいのある仕事です。

未経験の方も、一つずつ丁寧に教えますのでご安心ください。

【具体的な業務】

  • 税務会計のプロフェッショナル業務

・顧問先企業の会計データ入力、チェック、および財務分析

・月次・四半期決算サポート、税務申告書の作成支援

・税務アドバイスと相談対応の準備、税務調査対応

  • 密着型の経営支援・コミュニケーション

・顧問先企業との定期的な面談を実施し、会計報告や経営課題のヒアリング

・財務データや業績の分析、報告書の作成

・課題解決のためのディスカッションと実務支援

・法人設立や経営支援に関する業務サポート

  • 継続的な信頼関係の構築

・経営者や担当者との業務内容の確認や調整

・税務、会計に関する質問対応

【1年目】

仕事の基本と専門知識の土台作り専任の教育担当者がつき、毎月面談でしっかりフォロー。

基礎的な知識を学ぶための研修制度や、カリキュラムに沿ったOJTで、安心してスタートできます。

【2年目〜3年目】

企業担当者として一歩踏み出す上司のサポートを受けながら、徐々に担当企業を持ち始めます。

専門知識を深め、「経営コンシェルジュ」としての面白さを実感できる時期です。

【4年目以降】

あなたの目標に合わせたキャリア形成上司と相談しながら、将来の目標や「やってみたいこと」を明確にします。

個人の成長に合わせた次のステップへ進むためのフォローアップを続けます。

【必須要件】

  • 要普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
  • パソコン(Word、Excel)の基本的な操作ができる方
  • 高卒以上

【歓迎スキル】

  • 日商簿記3級以上、または同程度の知識をお持ちの方
  • 税理士事務所・会計事務所での勤務経験者

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

8:30〜17:30(休憩時間 1時間)

※⽉平均残業時間20時間

  • 変形労働時間制を採用していますので無理のない働き方が可能です。

休日休暇

  • 週休二日制

2⽉16⽇〜3⽉15⽇︓⼟曜出勤

上記以外の期間︓完全週休2⽇制(⼟⽇祝)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 18万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【基本給】

  • 高卒:18万円〜
  • 大卒:21.5万円〜
  • 税理士事務所・会計事務所での勤務経験5年以上の方:25万円〜

※経験・能力、前職給与を考慮し決定します。

残業代は全額支給します。

【昇給】

年1回(人事評価制度に基づき、頑張りをしっかり評価。2年目での昇給実績あり)

【賞与】

年2回(7月・12月)年間1.4ヵ月〜3.4ヵ月分

【手当】

交通費: 3万円/月まで支給

資格手当:税理士資格 3万円/月

科目手当:税理士科目合格者 1科目につき5千円/月

400万円/入社3年目・業界未経験者・税理士資格なし(月給25万円+諸手当+賞与)
