【業務内容】
半導体製造装置に関わる保守・保全、改良業務を担当いただきます。
主な業務は、定期的なパーツ交換やクリーニング作業、トラブル発生時の対応、装置のカスタマイズ・改造などです。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 半導体製造装置のメンテナンス
装置の安定稼働を支えるための点検・整備を行います。
例として、半導体を洗浄する際に使用するトレイの取り外し・洗浄、研磨パーツの交換、点検マニュアルに基づく故障箇所の確認などを実施します。
- 半導体製造装置のトラブル対応
長時間稼働する装置の中には、摩耗や不具合が発生するケースもあります。
その際は、ギア部分への潤滑油塗布による動作の調整や、劣化したパーツの交換などを通じて、正常な動作を維持します。
- 半導体製造装置のセットアップ
装置の稼働条件を設定する業務です。
稼働時間や研磨スピードなどを、指定書類の指示に沿って数値入力し、装置を起動します。
作業はマニュアルに沿って行うため、未経験の方でも先輩のサポートを受けながら安心して習得できます。
