【仕事内容】

クラウド事業部のプライム受託案件を担当する運用保守チームにて、即戦力リーダー/リーダー候補を同時募集しています。

即戦力リーダー:入社直後から案件リード・顧客折衝・チームマネジメントを担い、部門の中核としてご活躍いただきます。

リーダー候補:まずは現場で実務を担いながら、段階的にマネジメントスキルを身につけ、数年以内にリーダーを目指していただきます。

【具体的には】

受託案件における運用・保守業務を中心に、経験・スキルに応じて以下をお任せします。

・案件全体の品質担保と推進

・案件管理・進行管理

・メンバーのマネジメント(育成・評価含む)

・顧客折衝・対応

・見積作成・工数管理

・その他、受託案件遂行に必要なマネジメント業務全般

※即戦力層は上流~リーダー業務を中心に、候補層は実務+段階的なマネジメントを担当します。

使用技術

クラウド:AWS、Azure、Oracle Cloud コンテナ:Docker、Kubernetes

構成管理:Terraform、Ansible CI / CD : GitLab、GitHub、Jenkins

スクリプト:Python、Shell、PowerShell、Ruby、 監視ツール:Datadog、Zabbix、Cloudwatch

【求める人材】

・ITインフラ領域の運用・保守関連の技術知識・経験

・リーダーまたはマネジメントの実務経験(案件管理やメンバーマネジメント経験)

・顧客との折衝経験

・見積や工数管理の実務経験

【歓迎】

・5名以上のチームを率いた経験、または案件リーダーとして品質・進行管理を担った経験がある方

・顧客折衝、要件調整、見積作成などを主体的に行った経験をお持ちの方、もしくはチャレンジしたい意欲がある方

・クラウド(AWS/Azure/Oracle Cloudいずれか)を用いた運用・構築経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
