【採用背景】
・増員募集
メガバンクならびにそのグループ各社において、クラウドを活用したインフラ環境を導入し、本番運用を開始しております。(Azure、AWS、VMWare、Windows、Linuxなど)更なるクラウド活用を行い、対応領域の拡大を図りたくPM・PM候補、および管理職候補の方を募集しております。
【業務内容】
メガバンクの業務システムを支える共通基盤や、統合監視基盤、クラウドを利用したBaaSサービス提供基盤を担当。提案から維持保守まで一貫して業務を行います。
メガバンクのプライベートクラウド案件についてNECと共に過去10年ほど継続して受注しているチームでの配属を予定しております。
当該企業様の案件では第一世代から第四世代まで関わっており、顧客との信頼関係や社内ナレッジの蓄積ができている環境で、大規模かつ重要なインフラを支える業務に携わることが可能です。
Linux、Windowsなどのインフラ構築経験を活かしてチームとしてプロジェクトを遂行いただき、プロジェクトリーダーやプロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクトを推進する業務をご担当いただきます。
また、ご経験によっては組織マネジメントもお任せします。(管理職にて採用の場合)
【想定プロジェクト】
対象のメガバンクは50,000人規模。また、数千名規模のグループ会社も含みます。
数名で行う小規模なプロジェクトから数十名の大規模プロジェクトなど様々あり、それらの案件をチームとして対応していきます。
当社マネージャ管理の下、協力会社様(30~40人)と一緒になってプロジェクトを遂行いただくことを想定しています。
具体的には、VMwareを活用しプライベートクラウド共通基盤および基盤上の仮想環境の構築を実施します。新規・既存案件、案件規模も様々で最上流の提案から入るPJもございます。

メンバーは約20名。4つのグループがあり、1グループあたり5名程度です。
若手からベテランまで幅広い構成。

・PL/PMの経験
・インフラ構築経験(運用構築のみでも可)
・5名程度のメンバーマネジメント経験(管理職採用の場合)

年収 683 ~ 1100 万円
